Trucordia Insurance is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
Issue Certificates of Insurance (time-sensitive)
Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages
Manage office supplies and maintain common areas
Process mail and email
Monitor online portals for client notifications
Monthly Tasks:
Send client appreciation gifts
Verify vendor billing for printer leases and water delivery
Ongoing Tasks:
Prepare client files and documents
Set up and manage client access to online portals
Track online postage usage
Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
1+ year of customer service experience
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an insurance office setting
Familiarity with AMS360 software
Compensation and Benefits:
$15 per hour
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
