Every claim and every client is different! Decision making is required. This position works remotely from a home office, Must live in greater St. Louis, MO area. Job Summary: The Follow Up Caller within MCP will perform day to day operations of the Revenue Integrity Program. Every claim, every client is different. Key Responsibilities: · Contact respective payer for processing of additional reimbursement “underpayment” · Validate underpayment explanation · Generate Appeals and forward to Project Coordinator for approval · Continue underpayment follow-up pursuit per scheduled daily activities until remittance of additional reimbursement occurs Qualifications: · 3 or more years of experience in a healthcare related profession. · Prefer an associates or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, hospital administration, or nursing. · Detail-oriented The pay range for this position is $41,600.00 to $55,500.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
