Apply today! The Industrial Automation Controls Technician is responsible for Industrial Maintenance execution in the primary discipline of Instrumentation/Controls & Electrical Distribution. This position will require flexibility both with performing investigative/troubleshooting tasks on PLCs, HMIs, and automated systems primarily on the manufacturing floor they as well as performing electrical distribution and mechanical system maintenance as required based on personnel availability and operational need. Automation Controls Technician Qualifications/Skills: Must Have:
5-10 years’ overall work experience in production manufacturing environment with a minimum of 4 -6 years’ experience in Automation Controls
Allen Bradley experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and modify relay logic
Troubleshooting & setting parameters on VFD's
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Systems (CMMS).
Knowledge and practice of NFPA 70E.
480v 3 phase troubleshooting experience
Low Voltage control wiring and troubleshooting ( Required)
Good math, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills.
