Job Overview
Lux Pro Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented residential Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent residential cleaning service that exceed the expectations of our clients! This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness
- At least 1 year experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
- Must be able to provide your own basic cleaning tools such as vacuum, mop, rags, brushes, etc. Lux Pro provides all cleaning chemicals.
