Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repair and maintenance, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring that our properties remain in excellent condition and that our clients receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues or necessary repairs.
Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficient in a variety of repair techniques including plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, and carpentry.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
