Description: Responsible for answering the phone and greeting clients and or potential clients with respect and non-judgment, maintaining confidentiality, scheduling/rescheduling clients, maintaining and updating all current information on clients such as phone numbers, addresses, releases, insurance, etc. in the client's file.
Requirements:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, hourly position. A minimum of a high school diploma is required. Bilingual Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour. Management reserves the right to add, modify, change, or rescind the work assignments of different positions and to make reasonable accommodations so that qualified employees can perform the essential functions of the job.
Greets, checks in clients, collects co-pays if applicable, reschedules clients, and obtains any signatures if needed.
Answers phones and directs calls.
Organizes and puts together client files.
Ensures all information is up to date and current in all clients’ files: phone numbers, addresses, releases, insurances, etc.
Accurately files all material in clients’ files.
Coordinates meetings and schedules client appointments.
Processes billing and prints out invoices to be sent to state agencies.
May assist front-staff with Medicaid verification each month.
Maintain HIPPA and client confidentiality at all times.
Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
