Full Time Maintenance Technician

Elegant retirement community is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant. 1-3 years of experience preferred. We cover everything from hanging pictures and internet issues to complete apartment flips and snow removal. Looking for someone with exceptional painting skills and who can follow through on jobs unsupervised. Hours are Sunday-Thursday 11:00am-7:30pm.
