You will be responsible for maintaining product displays, providing outstanding customer service, and driving sales through your expertise in Fragrance.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining the features and benefits of various fragrances.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves.
- Utilize software to manage customer profiles and track sales performance.
- Promote fragrances through ambassdor program to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer calls regarding product availability or store promotions.
- Strong background in fragrance or beauty cosmetics sales is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to sell products effectively while meeting sales targets.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing.
