What We’re Looking For:

Reliability & Professionalism: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance — we have high standards, and we count on you!
Problem Solvers: Be comfortable taking direction and solving on-the-job challenges.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and work comfortably from ladders up to 15 ft.
Team Player: Manage your time well, stay positive, and be ready to pitch in when needed.

Skills & Experience:

Hand Tools & Power Tools: If you're familiar with tools and light equipment, that's a plus! Experience in the sign industry is even better.
Field & Outdoor Work: Be ready to work in a variety of environments—rain or shine!
Great Attitude: We're looking for someone who brings a can-do spirit every day.

The Details:

Location: Nashville, TN — reliable transportation required.
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday.
