  • Conduct detailed field surveys to identify and document the best fiber route from MPOE to customer premises, ensuring accuracy for future construction and network implementation.
Placement of Primary Flexibility Points (PFPs) in FOB/Light Gig Projects:
  • Analyze field conditions to identify optimal PFP locations in the F1 project area based on AT&T SOW, ensuring strategic and cost-efficient placement.

Address and Unit Verification within DAs:

  • Provide thorough documentation of each surveyed address to assist with network planning and service activation.
Feasibility and Compliance Checks:
  • Verify that each proposed cable path is feasible for construction and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review plats, county records, and any necessary easement documentation to ensure routes are within designated rights of way and that no legal barriers impact construction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or technical certification in surveying, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
  • 2+ years of field surveying experience in telecommunications, fiber optics, or FTTH projects, with experience on AT&T projects a strong advantage.
