The Event Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events by managing logistics, handling administrative tasks, and liaising with vendors, clients, and team members. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure seamless event experiences for attendees.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social events, and more.
Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling, venue setup, registration, and on-site support.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure alignment on event details.
Provide on-site support during events, including registration assistance, guest relations, and issue resolution.
Prepare and organize event materials, including badges, guest lists, schedules, and promotional items.
Support post-event follow-up tasks, including surveys, data collection, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records, update databases, and handle administrative tasks as required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and event management software.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
