Electrical Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for A to Z execution of project criteria including but not limited to managing labor, materials, scheduling, subcontractors, negotiations, and drawings for the successful outcome of the project for all stakeholders.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for A to Z execution of project criteria including but not limited to managing labor, materials, scheduling, subcontractors, negotiations, and drawings for the successful outcome of the project for all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Project Management experience in the commercial Electrical industry
- Experience with data centers, distribution centers, warehouses, cold storage, and other
- Experience with all contract requirements, budget tracking, takeoffs, scheduling and related functions
- Experience reading drawings in Autocad, schematics, or other programs
- Experience producing and tracking RFI's
- Experience communicating timely and accurate information daily and weekly to project team and others
- MS Office proficiency
- Accountability
- Procore, Bluebeam, and other related programs are a plus
