Qualifications:
Candidate must have:
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
Basic skills for assembly, wiring, testing and recording of data.
Desire / Trainability to use test equipment such as multi meters, hi-pot testers, and AC & DC power supplies.
Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
Ability to work in a dynamic, small company environment.
Dexterity to handle and install small fasteners using fingertips.
Have adequate sight, hearing, and use of limbs to distinguish proper products identification.
Stooping, kneeling, and crouching capabilities to handle job requirements.
Team player.
Positive attitude.
A strong sense of urgency.
Must be highly responsible and self-motivated not requiring frequent guidance from superiors.
Basic computer skills with the ability to use Word & Excel is a plus.
This position reports to the department head and is accountable to co-workers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs all required aspects of production; panel layout, component assembly, wiring, testing, and recording data.
Assists in all phases of shop operation.
Keeps equipment and working area clean and orderly.
Performs other miscellaneous jobs as needed.
Communicates with other fellow employees to accomplish all assigned job requirements.
Works within Company's guidelines and policies.
