Time and Attendance
Clock in and out for each scheduled shift.
Arrive on-time and prepared for your shifts as per the Theo’s Employee Manual.
Teamwork and Communication
Display effective communication techniques with both teammates and Chefs before, during entire shift.
Exhibit proper communication and self-awareness under pressure.
Kitchen Maintenance
Demonstrate knowledge of Serv Safe standards. Knowledge and use of FIFO (First in,
First Out). Label and dating everything.
Keep work areas clean, buffed, organized.
Proper and responsible use of equipment and chemicals.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
