Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with just one Saturday shift per month. Enjoy the flexibility of having most weekends free!

YOUR ROLE IN MAKING SMILES SHINE: As our Dental Office Manager - Dentistry Admin, you'll be the linchpin of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
Mastering Administrative Tasks: From managing office supplies to orchestrating patient appointments, you'll keep our operations seamless.
Overseeing Financials: Handle billing, insurance claims, and accounts payable while keeping a keen eye on budgets and cash flow.
Driving Team Success: Provide constructive feedback, recruit and train team members, and continuously seek areas for improvement.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Education: Some college experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
