Customer Service Specialist
Orth Align, Inc., a Smart Technologies, growing medical device company, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Specialist in our Customer Service Department. This role is responsible for managing the sales order entry process for Delivered Order Forms (DOFs) and matching bill only purchase orders (POs). Serves as the primary source to identify, flag, and resolve problematic DOFs and bill only POs . The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for answering phone calls and checking voice messages, credit card processing, commission deductions, and light department reporting.

You will:
- Create Sales Orders to input all DOFs into Expandable
- Identify problematic DOFs and work to resolve them
- Match bill only POs to the correct DOF sales orders
- Identify problematic bill only POs and work to resolve them
- Process credit card payments and commission deduction transactions for two territories
- Manage incoming phone calls and messages
- Produce basic reports to be distributed to the Sales Team at the beginning of each month
You need:

Experience in a general office/business environment of at least 1 year
- Preferably a BS/BA degree
- Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
- ŸExcellent written and verbal communication skills Ÿ
- Results-oriented with appropriate urgency and tenacious follow-up
- ŸAbility to work as a collaborative team member as well as independently
- ŸExcellent attention to detail, producing high quality output appropriate to broader context Ÿ
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- ŸSound judgment when making decisions and communicating with peers and management
- ŸKnowledge and basic understanding of an ERP system (preferred)
- Basic math skills
- ŸGood memory skills
- ŸProblem analysis and problem-solving skills
