Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits:
- Assists customers over the phone and walk in.
- Advises customers of equipment for given need based on technical knowledge of products.
- Contacts customers to check status of services and refill periodic supplies per insurance requirements
- Coordinate and prepare supply orders
- Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into company database.
- Verifies customer/patient’s insurance information
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
- Must have great customer service and phone skills
- Enjoy working with public and medical office personnel
- Energetic and dynamic ability to bring positivity to interactions
- Ability to identify job duties and complete them independently
- Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- Must be well organized, self motivated, and dependable, with mature work ethic.
