Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other standard office applications
