Description: Customer Service Representatives interact with our customers from the time they pull in the carwash until they leave in a shiny, clean car. You will work with site leadership to learn and maintain an excellence-focused team; uphold The Metro Express Car Wash Core Values for customer service and operational excellence.
Greets and assists customers through the car wash process with a smile and focused attention
Informs customers about promotions, sales, and memberships according to training standards
Guides customers through the entrance of the car wash
Promotes a safety conscious culture and safe working environment
Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty
Participates in facility, equipment, and property cleaning
Goes above and beyond to help customers, colleagues, and live by the Core Values

Integrity and passion for customer service
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
Ability to stand for long periods of time during your shift
Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform bending and stretching as required
Willingness to contribute to a safe work environment
Previous retail sales experience a plus
