The Role We are looking for a Creative Strategist to generate video and static creative to fuel paid digital channels at Cometeer. An ideal candidate will be someone who is equal parts creative and analytical. They are excited about testing and learning to inform content strategy that targets the lower marketing funnel. They are a team player who thrives in a high-impact, fast-paced, cross-functional work environment. This is a contract position, 20-30 hours per week. Ideally looking for a candidate in the NYC area who can come into our Flatiron Office on a hybrid schedule. What You'll Do Ideation
Dream up video and static creative ideas, big and small, to drive paid digital efforts
Ideate around existing content library to maximize performance on owned assets
Ideate around core content gaps that will inform content production strategy
Maintain strong pulse on the creative performance DTC landscape
Production
Partner with brand and creative teams to execute video (and static) productions in house
Drive production strategy with a performance lens, ensuring that all content is optimized for performance and conducive to iterative testing
Strategize test plans that leverage production content, and continue to iterate testing beyond initial rounds
Execution
Drive content execution across video and static creative with a performance lens, devising strategy for video editors and graphic designers to bring to life
Work through feedback cycles with video editors and graphic designers to bring creative across the finish line
Ensure that past learnings are incorporated in all new testing
Reporting
Leverage data throughout the funnel to inform creative analysis and future creative plans
Establish regular reporting cadence to communicate results to the broader team

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects
What We're Looking For
~5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
Experience in a high performance growth marketing environment
Understanding of the creative paid media landscape and the metrics that drive creative results
Understands how to prioritize and tackle problems that vary in size and complexity
Ability to work well independently and in close collaboration with teammates
