Community Property Manager

Reliable transportation required. Full-time position available.
Clean background required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: new applicant processing, leasing, rent collection, delinquency collection, daily deposits, budget adherence, data entry, filing, resident relations, enforcement of community policies, evictions, renewals / re-certifications, and supervision of maintenance staff.
Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Candidates with LIHTC/HOME/Section 8 and One Site experience preferred, but exceptional individuals without that background may be considered if you are committed to learning the affordability component.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
