Join our mission to reduce long waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy. We are building something special. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will generate leads, host events, and build strong relationships with families and local organizations.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote ABA therapy services.
Organize and host local events and informational sessions to engage families and community members.
Build and nurture partnerships with local organizations, schools, clinics, and businesses for referrals.
Serve as a resource for families, addressing their questions and providing solutions.
Collaborate with the Texas ABA Centers team to create engaging promotional materials and content.
Track and analyze marketing efforts to assess success and identify improvement areas.
Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of ABA therapy benefits.
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or community engagement, with a track record of generating leads.
Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA therapy is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse audiences.
