## Overview We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a drive to excel in the commercial property market. ## Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify potential commercial properties for sale or lease - Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties - Negotiate contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients - Provide guidance on fair housing regulations and real estate laws - Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the real estate transaction process - Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously ## Requirements - Proficiency in real estate or willingness to learn - Excellent communication skills to secure favorable deals for clients - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships - Experience in sales and marketing (within the real estate industry a plus) -Strong work ethic and independently motivated Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,800.00 - $112,562.00 per year Benefits:
