***This is a hybrid position and will be required to work in one of the CVS Offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The locations are in Scottsdale, Arizona; Irving, Texas; or Northbrook, Illinois.

Position Summary
Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. As an Implementation Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role is client facing and responsibilities include establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process. In addition, responsibilities include development and management of overall project plans to drive project teams to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes. You may be expected to mentor and help train other team members who join the team. As a manager you may be expected to support strategic initiatives for the organization or department.



Required Qualifications

5 + years of Project Management experience
5 + years of Microsoft Office Tools experience
5 + years of client facing experience.

Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required – 10-25% depending on specific role

Preferred Qualifications
PBM or Health Plan experience
Client implementation experience
Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
Strong written and verbal communication

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider comparable work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
