Cleaning Technician

Job Description:
Persnickety Pixie, a leading provider of high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services, is currently seeking a proactive, dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. We are accepting applications for Full and Part time positions.
You’ll be joining one of the best professional cleaning companies on a mission to transform the lives of the families and companies we serve. No previous cleaning experience is necessary to apply, as we'll teach you everything you need to become one of the best professional cleaners in the area.
Location: Little Falls, NY 13365 and surrounding area
Salary: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. The room for advancement is based on performance and integrity.
Schedule: Flexible schedule with part-time and full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces with tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window washing, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and organizing as needed.
Identify and report any maintenance concerns for repairs of equipment.
Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supplies regularly.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client's needs and addressing them promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not necessary.
Must be 18 or older with attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation are required.
Ability to squat, bend, kneel and carry 25lbs, and handle heat for short periods.
Must have strong time management skills and meet deadlines.
Should be proactive, work independently, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Must pass a national and local background check (paid for by the company).
Willingness to complete Professional Cleaning Certifications.
Must be self-motivated and willing to go above and beyond for customers.
