Class A OTR drivers with 21 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years earn .62CPM (with .10 of that not taxed for per diem). The average driver in the fleet earns $1560 but the top 50% earn $1750 and the top 20% earn $1850/WK. Most of the runs are east of I-35 but drivers MUST be willing to run OTR. Rider and pet welcome from day one
Compensation, Beneifts
- Drivers that live East of I-35 and north of FL will be home every two weeks for at least 48 hours. Drivers west of I-35 and in Florida will be out 3 weeks and home 3 days.
- All freight is no touch dry van and is 65% drop n hook
- Starting pay ranges .62CPM with $.10 of that being per diem
- Drivers can take rider and pets with them
- Will NOT run NYC, Long Island or the Burroughs.
- Full medical, dental, 401K, Paid Time Off after 60 days with the company
- We ONLY do urine test - NO HAIR
- Will accept auto restrictions
CAN NOT TAKE ANYONE THAT HAS A FAILED DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST EVER
For orientation we ask you how you want to get to orientation, and we pay for the entire trip, hotel and food. So if you want to rent a car or fly it is up to you.
Requirements:
- Clean Record: No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests ever.
- Experience: Will take exceptional drivers with 21 months OTR experience in the last three years mut our standard requirement is 2 years OTR or Regional in the last 3 years
- Flexible Restrictions: Auto restrictions accepted.
- Absolutely no preventable incidents or accidents in the last 12 months with no more than three incidents or accidents in the last 3 years
- No DOT Preventable accidents in the last three years
- No more than 2 moving violations (none can be major) in the last 12 months and no more than 4 in the last 3 years (again none can be major)
- Can not be terminated for any safety reason for the last three years
- NO DUI in a PMV in the last five years, only one in a lifetime and never in a CMV.
- Can never have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test
