CL A Dedicated Home Weekly No Touch w/Full Benefits
Class A drivers with 6 months verifiable Class A experience get home weekly (34-48 hour reset). The typical work week is leaving out Sunday and back Friday night with average of 3-5 loads per week. Please understand we do NOT guarantee this schedule, but it is the typical week. This is 100% no touch with 60% drop n hook dedicated account running out of Montgomery.
Drivers starting pay is .50-.52CPM (based on experience) with pay increasing to .56CPM.
Drivers run average of 2000-2500/WK with $30/Live Unload Stop (no driver touch) and $8/Drop n Hook stop
Drivers annual pay is $60000-$70000 which comes to $1150-$1250/WK.
Drivers earn a $2500 sign on bonus that is paid out at $250/Month for ten months
Drivers can have a rider after training
Experienced drivers will run with experienced driver on the account for one week and will be paid $200/Day
Full medical benefits that start after 60 days
Orientation is three days and the company pays for transportation, single occupancy rooms and meals

Requirements Must have at least 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last two years – can be local, regional, or OTR but must be 48’trailer and Class A vehicle to qualify No more than 2 non-serious moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last 36 months. No more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months and this includes 15+, careless, reckless, cell phone violation, improper lane change etc No more than 4 preventable accidents/incidents in the last 12 months and no more than 2 of thos can be non-dot accidents in the last 12 months with no more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years. No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 12 months
