Children's Lead Behavior Specialist (Home Setting)
We are looking for qualified candidates to provide 1:1 in home developmental and bevhavioral support to children between the ages of 2-18, under the guidance and supervision of a licensed Clinical Supervisor in our HBTS program. We are seeking individuals who are excited to work with other humans (big and small), team oriented, highly organized, flexible, energetic, self-directed, solution oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. · NEW STARTING RATE- $25.00 per hour!!! · This is a FULL TIME position with competitive benefits and pay. The Lead’s schedule fluctuates week to week but is generally Monday thru Friday between the hours of 11:00am-7:00pm. The children on our caseload are located throughout RI so there is also travel reimbursement. · This is a phenomenal position if you are currently pursing a Master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Therapy. We are super flexible and do our best to focus on your area of interest. Key Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Work closely with a team of licensed clinicians to assist in initial treatment plan development · Work directly with children and families in their homes and communities · Carry caseload of 3-5 children per week · Implement Treatment plan goals and specific behavioral plans · Collect data on skills and behavior · Train new staff · Providing ongoing staff support as needed · Meet regularly with Clinical Supervisors Ability To:

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred in related field with at least 3 years experience working with children or adults with disabilities · Candidates with experience in behavior management in any setting are preferred. · A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and proof of current auto insurance a must. · Background checks will be performed.
