Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse plays a critical role in overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires strong leadership abilities, clinical expertise, and effective communication skills to provide high-quality care to patients in various settings.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer IV infusions and manage medication schedules as prescribed.
Provide specialized care for patients in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies.
Oversee home care services, ensuring that patients receive appropriate support in their recovery.
Perform procedures such as phlebotomy and mammography when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Train and mentor nursing staff on best practices, including anatomy knowledge and patient assessment techniques.
Implement safety protocols to prevent complications during procedures, including botulinum toxin treatment.
Experience
Candidates should possess a valid nursing license with experience in critical care or similar environments. Familiarity with infant care is preferred but not mandatory. Ideal applicants will have experience with the following skills:
ICU management
IV infusion administration
Patient assessment techniques

Phlebotomy procedures
Mammography practices
Knowledge of anatomy
