Cashiers are responsible and accountable for Guest relations and creating a great Guest experience every time. This includes providing great Guest service, delivering exceptional food quality, and ensuring Team Member efficiency, safety, and security. Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to: · Interacting with Guests, co-workers and management. · Opening and/or closing the restaurant according to Taco Nazo’s standards and ensuring that Guests orders are accurate and served in a timely manner. · Setup, food preparation, and cleaning. · Following all Company safety policies. · Completing financial paperwork on a daily basis. · Must follow Opening or Closing checklist. · Report any Customer feedback (good or bad) to your supervisor on a daily basis. · Ensures the work area is clean at all times. · Taking care of our Guest will be the most important thing you will do.
