Home Care provides care services to geriatric and/or disabled patients who need help fulfilling their activities of daily living. Must be dependable, professional, compassionate, and empathetic. As a caregiver your job responsibilities would include tasks such as:
Assist clients with ADL care, which includes bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and transferring.
Prepare meals following clients’ dietary restrictions and Balance Care Method.
Provide companionship in companionate and a caring manner.
Maintain detail records of service and change in client behavior or health.
Incorporate aspects of our Balance Care Method to client care, such as walking, chair exercise, mental stimulants with puzzles, and daily conversation.
Change bed linens, laundry, and light housekeeping.
Basic errands
Provide adequate notice of time off.
