Caregiver PRN / On-Call / Short Shifts

We are seeking part time/PRN caregivers for short-shift daytime and nighttime client demands. This opportunity is perfect for a caregiver who may already be working elsewhere, or simply seeking 15-30 hours per week. Most clients live in Johnson County, KS. The hourly pay will be $16-$17/hour, based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
Offer companionship and emotional support, aiming to improve the client's overall well-being.
Ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for the client.
Communicate regularly with the client, their family, and the care team to ensure comprehensive care.

REQUIREMENTS:

CNA preferred, but not required.
Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated compassion, patience, and reliability.
A keen ability to understand and adapt to the client's unique needs, ensuring personalized care.
