Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Administer medication according to prescribed schedules - Monitor and record vital signs - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with meal planning and preparation - Help with light housekeeping tasks - Escort clients to appointments or social outings - Implement behavior management techniques as needed - Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times - Respect and uphold resident rights Skills: - Strong understanding of caregiving principles and practices - Knowledge of assisted living systems and protocols - Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Empathy and compassion for others - Strong problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - Previous experience in caregiving or related fields preferred but not required - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check Benefits: - Competitive pay rates with DAILY PAY program- Flexible scheduling options - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for the position of Caregiver.
