Care Manager MSW - Part time
Complete Care Strategies is seeking a Pennsylvania licensed social worker (Master’s Degree with 15+ years of experience, (Extremly helpful to have strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Entitlements/Special Needs) to work with our interdisciplinary team of social workers, nurses, and certified care managers. Our company addresses the needs of both the elderly and those with special needs of all ages. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with those with physical, intellectual, and behavioral differences as well as elder adults facing a change of status and issues related to the aging process. A knowledge of entitlements and appropriate resources is important. Our dynamic team is committed to addressing both physical and emotional needs as well as always seeking to aspire to the best quality of life for our clients and their families. This position is part-time but has the potential for growth with a dynamic company which is experiencing growth and evolvement.
