Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items and enhance customer engagement.
- Assist with retail sales by actively selling products and providing information on promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and stock rooms.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding store operations.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Experience in stocking products and maintaining inventory in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups.
- Proficient in cash handling practices to ensure accurate transactions.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques to drive sales performance.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest.
- Basic knowledge of retail math for effective pricing and inventory management.
