Boulder County Commissioners and Chief of Staff Department is seeking to hire a Bilingual Administrative Division Manager. The Bilingual Administrative Division Manager performs complex professional management and administrative duties and directly supervises the workflow and functions of the administrative and special projects staff in the office. This position will support the Commissioners’ Office in scheduling, budget preparation and monitoring, assisting with contract administration, and overseeing department administrative functions ensuring that they are aligned with county policy and legal requirements, while providing the best in public service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves working with the public in a team environment, collaborating with other staff to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards while having fun.
This is a full-time, benefited position that will work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. A flexible work schedule may be available. This position will work out of 1325 Pearl Street Boulder, Colorado. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, this position is exempt.
Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.
2025 Hiring Salary Range: $62,520.00 - $76,284.00 Annually

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must demonstrate fluency at the time of the pre-employment screening process. Spanish language proficiency will be determined through standardized demonstration.
