Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beautician to provide hair and beauty services to our residents. This role is crucial in enhancing the well-being and self-esteem of our community members, allowing them to maintain their grooming routines in a comfortable and familiar environment.

As a Beautician at Stellar Senior Living, you will play a vital role in promoting a sense of joy and companionship among our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide haircuts, styling, coloring, and other beauty services to residents.
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that encourages social interaction.
Assist residents in maintaining their personal grooming routines.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in beauty services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents’ needs are met.

Qualifications:

Valid cosmetology or beautician license.
Previous experience working in a salon or beauty setting, preferably with seniors preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of residents.
