Battery Energy Storage - Construction Manager
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires proficiency in construction management software and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The Construction Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards.
Duties
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

This role requires proficiency in construction management software and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The Construction Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards.
Duties
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities among various stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Pro Core for project tracking and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while maintaining quality control throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, costs, and any potential risks.
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog or Pro Core.
- Strong skills in project coordination and management with a focus on time management.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements is advantageous.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
- BESS: 4 years (Required)
- Construction management: 4 years (Required)
- Renewable energy: 4 years (Required)
