The Acxiom Associate Strategy & Reporting Analyst collaborates with the client campaign manager to plan, execute, and measure marketing programs. The analyst must understand client business and marketing objectives, testing strategies, campaign requirements, prospect & customer offers, creative messaging, audience segmentation, and historic campaign performance so they can provide insights and recommendations.
Under the guidance of the Senior Strategy and Reporting Analyst, the candidate will also be responsible for reviewing segmentation requirements, including campaign splits and creative versions, analyzing engagement and attribution reports, providing insights and recommendations on audience performance and testing, creating content for monthly and quarterly business reviews, handling ad-hoc requests, driving operational improvements, and contributing to strategy meetings.
The successful analyst is a forward-thinking team player who proactively expands their knowledge of all client lines of business, who can manage multiple projects, and who effectively communicates both internally and externally.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and document client requests to ensure deliverables are tracked and accomplished/met.
- Mine, extract, and report on data sets.
- Compile campaign results, analyze trends, and review data for accuracy. Ensure all KPI’s are tracked, measurements are defined, and comparison points are specified for each campaign.
- Provide initial insights and analysis of data/performance for engagement, attribution, and ad-hoc reporting. Review/communicate analysis with internal team leads and with the client.
- Compile campaign data for trend analysis. Must be able to work independently to compile data for analysis, research, and presentations.
- Stay up to date with the latest campaign marketing trends and best practices and participate in meetings.
- Willingness to learn data enhancement products/data variables and their use for analytics and acquisition audience targeting.
- Understand and execute all types of analysis and measurements, such as:
- Audience performance / optimization analysis
- Opportunity analysis
- Program Measurements
- Deliver quality, on-time work with attention to detail while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
REQUIRED (Basic Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Email campaign and acquisition strategy experience.
- Proven experience and proficiency in SQL, Oracle, MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point etc.).
- Experience with Visualization Tools, such as Tableau.
- Problem solving mentality with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication skills and analytical skills.
- Understanding of data modeling, business analytics/intelligence, data science.

- Multi-channel marketing a plus.
- Experience with File Sharing Platforms, such as Share Point.
- Knowledge of Acxiom products and services a plus.
- Telecom experience preferred.
