Summary of Responsibilities

Inventory Planning & Forecasting:

• Provide forecast and pro forma projections working with Key Account Managers;
• Provide accurate in-stock reporting on a weekly basis;
• Review suggested orders with factory and reconcile to forecasts;
• Inform and work closely with entire Operations team on current and future orders;
• Provide weekly sales/operations dashboard reporting including reviews and comments;
• Work collaboratively with the assigned retail accounts on forecasts and shipment flow planning.

Direct Flow Management:

• Based on guidance from the account team, complete 52-week Sales/Inventory forecast and goals;
• Accountable for stores and regional distribution centers (RDCs) to manage complete supply chain;
• Work with factory/operations teams to ensure on-time shipping and most cost effective distribution method;
• Help to manage inventory in Chervons’ domestic warehouses to help support in-stock targets established by our retail partners.

Required Education and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail inventory, planning and replenishment role
• BS/BA degreed with supply chain management, inventory management, finance or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze and interpret data
• Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
• Ability to understand and foresee implications of new information for current and future problem solving;
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities at once
• Able to take direction from multiple team members and be a major contributor to his/her team
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of inventory management principles and data analytics
• Good understanding of inventory management systems
• Financial acumen skills
• Basic understanding of supply chain and merchandising processes
• Basic understanding of distribution, transportation, and supplier manufacturing principles
  Proven work experience in a quantitatively/analytical-heavy role is a plus

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.

Travel
This position requires approximately 10% travel.
