Summary of Responsibilities
Inventory Planning & Forecasting:
- Provide forecast and pro forma projections working with Key Account Managers;
- Provide accurate in-stock reporting on a weekly basis;
- Review suggested orders with factory and reconcile to forecasts;
- Inform and work closely with entire Operations team on current and future orders;
- Provide weekly sales/operations dashboard reporting including reviews and comments;
- Work collaboratively with the assigned retail accounts on forecasts and shipment flow planning.
Direct Flow Management:
- Based on guidance from the account team, complete 52-week Sales/Inventory forecast and goals;
- Accountable for stores and regional distribution centers (RDCs) to manage complete supply chain;
- Work with factory/operations teams to ensure on-time shipping and most cost effective distribution method;
- Help to manage inventory in Chervons’ domestic warehouses to help support in-stock targets established by our retail partners.

Required Education and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail inventory, planning and replenishment role
- BS/BA degreed with supply chain management, inventory management, finance or a related field

- Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Ability to understand and foresee implications of new information for current and future problem solving;

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Travel
This position requires approximately 10% travel.
