Associate Attorney-2 Positions Available
Gianfrancesco, Friedemann & Microulis is looking for an Attorney to join its growing insurance defense/civil litigation practice. The Attorney will defend a variety of matters and assist in handling proceedings in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including discovery, motion practice, pre-suit Arbitration, Mediation, Court annexed Arbitration, trial prep and trials.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $98,647.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day handling of matters including contact with claims professionals
- Drafting and filing of reports, litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions and memorandum
- Guide clients through the case process
- Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert responses
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Admitted to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island bars.
- Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred but not required.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $98,647.00 per year
