As our manager, you’ll directly perform Christmas light installations and solar panel cleaning services while overseeing our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves to work outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys engaging with customers. About the Role: The Location Manager will not only lead and oversee daily operations but will also physically perform the services alongside the team. During the Christmas season, you’ll be out in the field, installing lights and ensuring each setup meets our high standards. In the off-season, you’ll switch gears to solar panel cleaning, delivering exceptional service to residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities:
Personally perform Christmas light installations and solar panel cleaning services with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency
Lead, train, and work directly alongside field crews, setting a standard for high-quality service
Organize daily schedules and routes, balancing efficiency with customer satisfaction
Manage inventory and equipment to ensure all tools and supplies are ready for each job
Act as the point of contact for customers on-site, addressing any needs and ensuring a positive experience
Report on job progress and team performance, identifying areas for operational improvements
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in installations, maintenance, or outdoor services, with strong physical stamina and attention to detail
Leadership experience, with the ability to train, motivate, and work alongside a team in the field
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Adaptability to handle seasonal demand and perform physically demanding tasks year-round
Ability to problem-solve on the job, ensuring high service standards even in challenging conditions
