Direct visitors to the correct team. Maintain accurate admission and discharge information on EPIC Work closely with Nurse in Charge to accommodate beds for new admission and relay information appropriately.

Log booking forms in the nurses diary Ensure handover sheet is up to date liaising with nurses where appropriate. Ensure all patient documentation is scanned for costings. Maintain a safe environment. Report any unsafe practices promptly to Matron/Senior Nurse/Nurse in Charge.

Any other tasks commensurate with your grade.
