Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions as necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, offering assistance as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
