Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation as needed.
Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, offering assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.

Reference ID: No Evening work, Sundays and Mondays we are closed, we also close for a week over Christmas. Hours are 2 days a week from 10am - 4.30pm week 1 Wed and Thur week 2 Wednesday and Saturday
