We are looking for positive, energetic and friendly people to join our new restaurants as Table Hosts/ Servers. Our Crew work as a team to provide a high quality, efficient and friendly experience to all our costumers which keeps them coming back time and time again.

• Servers must demonstrate reliability to deliver service in a fast, friendly and accurate manner.
• Greets costumers politely and with a smile.
• With training the Servers will be expected to be knowledgeable about all menu items and brand specifics.
• Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen is running out of any items etc.
• The Server is a personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff of the restaurant. They should be knowledgeable of their surrounding areas.
• Anticipate costumers needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Understand the expectations of today's marketplace in terms of customer service.
• Servers will be assigned to a section of the restaurant to handle during their shift. It is his or her duty to make the costumers feel welcome and comfortable while they wait for their order to be ready.
• Be aware of order timing and check with the kitchen on order time-frame. To ensure all costumers receive their food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Servers will be required to collect food from the kitchen and deliver it to the table.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining
• Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up service stations, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathrooms.
• Complete all items as listed on shift checklists.
• Be alert as well as cordial all the time.

Servers must be able to work under a supervisor and be capable of following instructions or guideline.
