Overview
We are local independent Commercial vehicle repair centre situated on Wrexham Industrial Estate with a ATF. Due to growth we are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our team here at S.M Shepherd CVR Ltd. Experience in the auto motive trade preferred but training will be provided for the candidate.
Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with the optional Saturday Mornings 8am to 12pm paid at time and a quarter.
Duties will include:

• Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required for vehicles.
• Manage customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Allocation of jobs using in house systems
• Setting up invoices
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions.

Service Advisor requirements -

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Good Administration skills
• Computer skills
• Experience in cash handling, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for understanding customer needs and providing informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Reporting to the Operations Manager the successful candidates should be self-motivated, possessing excellent communication. Have good customer handling skills with a professional but friendly attitude, an eye for detail and work well as part of a team.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
