An excellent opportunity to join our thriving Rural Team at our Welshpool Office assisting the Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor with a range of work, as detailed below:

• Professional Valuations
• Planning applications
• Sales & Lettings of Farms
• Compulsory Purchase & Compensation
• Grants and Subsidy work in England and Wales
• Landlord and Tenant

The successful candidate will

• be looking to qualify as MRICS/CAAV
• have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills
• have the ability to work in a fast paced office environment
• have agricultural knowledge (desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
Additional pay:

• Bonus scheme

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Welshpool, Powys: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

Experience:

• Rural Professional training or: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

• United Kingdom (required)
