Morning: You’ll start your day at 7:30 am with a warm greeting to the young people as they prepare for school. After they leave for school, you’ll join the team for handovers and plan activities for the day.
Daytime: While the children are at school, you might update care plans, attend training sessions, or organise activities for the evenings and weekend. This time also allows for essential team meetings and personal development.

Evening: After dinner, you’ll continue offering support with their evening routines, ensuring a calm, structured environment as the young people prepare for bed. Sleep-ins are part of our care approach to maintain continuity and stability in their daily lives.
