KEY TASKS:
· To complete quality control checks on the floor
· To control intake and dispatch of materials
· Ensure that all personnel adhere to the Company Policies and Hygiene Policy.
· Ensure that all personnel adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
· Control of non-conforming product, processes
· Complete staff training as required
· Complete hygiene and GMP, Fabrication, Glass Audits
· To complete daily factory verification checks.
· To assist in New Product Development.
· To assist in customer complaint responses and route cause analysis
· To assist in Audit Preparation
· Complete equipment calibration
· Assist in sampling for lab
· Collect production samples and assess over life
· Ensure all personnel adhere to cleaning procedures
· Ensure that all products are of high quality and conform to customer specification.
· Implement Food Safety and Quality Management System
· Compliance with Regulatory Requirements.
· Immediately report evidence of out of spec or unsafe product to the Management Team.

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
