Part Time Receptionist/Administrator (Welsh speaking)
Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly Welsh -speaking Receptionist with life experience to join our team at www.clinigceiropracteg.cymru
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, providing an effective and sensitive customer service to our clients, that can include anyone from local farmers to international students. This role requires organisational skills, with attention to detail. Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone manner.
Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry and maintaining office records.
Handling and recording financial transactions.
Assist with administrative tasks as required, including filing and organising documents and diaries.
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.

Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A professional manner with interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients .
Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical practices.
The working hours would be : 1pm-8pm Thursdays, and 9-4pm Fridays with 6 weeks paid holiday a year, and free chiropractic treatments.
The successful candidate would be expected to cover holidays and sick leave.
